Will you join us on our mission? As an SEO Specialist, you’ll take on a dynamic role in performance marketing within a supportive and talented team of specialists. In this position, you’ll work together to optimize and manage organic performance.

You’ll be part of an international team working on EQOM-Group brands across Europe, including EasyToys, Kondomeriet, and Amorelie. This also means you might occasionally visit our offices in Berlin, Oslo, or Paris.

What will you be doing?

• Above all, enjoying your work every day;
• Analyzing the search behavior of our target audiences;
• Setting up, managing, and optimizing strategies for SEO;
• Continuously analyzing results and responding accordingly;
• Organic shopping, SEO content optimizations, creating landing pages, and improving technical improvements;
• Be the person who helps the team with more effective AI implementations.

Who are you?

You are someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and has strong analytical skills. As a team player, you know how to prioritize and always maintain an overview, often referred to as a helicopter view. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to easily network and inspire others. You have the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally, and you know how to motivate others with your vision and enthusiasm.

What do we ask?

• Someone driven to constantly improve and bringing additional AI knowledge is a plus;
• A true team player who can also work independently;
• Being able to collaborate in English with our international contacts;
• Experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console/Bing Webmaster Tools, Google Organic Shopping, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog and Excel;
• Experience with technical SEO optimization and preparing reports is a plus;
• Experience in implementing solutions from scratch and bringing them to life in a medium-sized company is a plus;
• Having your own website SEO optimized is a plus.
