Will you join us on our mission? As a Social Media Marketer, you will take on a dynamic role within the performance marketing team, surrounded by supportive and skilled experts. Every day, you’ll collaborate with colleagues specialized in Search, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing. Your main goal will be to manage, optimize, and ideally boost the performance of our Social Ads campaigns.

We want more fun! Unfortunately, this mindset isn't always easy to maintain in a world full of dull routines, obligations, and negativity. That's why we're focused on making our work easier, but more importantly, more effective by staying ahead with AI innovations. You’ll be part of an international team working on EQOM-Group brands across Europe, including EasyToys, Kondomeriet, and Amorelie. This also means you might occasionally visit our offices in Berlin, Oslo, or Paris.

What will you be doing?

• Above all, enjoying your work every day;
• Analyzing the online behavior of our target audiences;
• Developing, executing, and implementing social campaign strategies;
• Continuously analyzing results and responding accordingly;
• Maximizing the return on your campaigns;
• A/B testing ad texts, creatives, landing pages & products;
• Effectively using AI tools in campaigns and daily tasks.

Who are you?

You are someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and has strong analytical skills. As a team player, you know how to prioritize and always maintain an overview, often referred to as a helicopter view. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to easily network and inspire others. You have the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally, and you know how to motivate others with your vision and enthusiasm.
Most importantly, you enjoy a challenge. In our industry, getting campaigns approved and running successfully isn’t easy. You thrive on pushing boundaries, experimenting with new approaches every day. When a campaign gets disapproved, you don’t let it get you down, you get creative and find another way.

• At least 1 year of experience as a social media specialist;
• Experience managing mid-sized budgets and preparing reports is a plus;
• Experience with international campaigns is a plus.
