What will you do?
In this role, you will actively contribute to developing the CRM strategy for our national and international EQOM brands, including EasyToys and Adam et Eve. You'll play a key role in setting up, updating, and optimizing our customer journey, ensuring that every interaction is impactful and memorable. You will also be responsible for creating compelling lead generation campaigns with our signature EasyToys twist 😉.
By leveraging data and customer insights, you'll identify specific audiences and target them with segmented, relevant email marketing. Additionally, you'll provide valuable input into our A/B testing roadmap, constantly striving to improve the performance and relevance of our communications.
