Will you join us on our mission? As an Medior SEA specialist, you’ll take on a dynamic role in performance marketing within a supportive and talented team of specialists. In this position, you’ll work together to optimize and manage online campaigns. We want more fun! Unfortunately, this mindset isn't always easy to maintain in a world full of dull routines, obligations, and negativity. That's why we're focused on making our work easier, but more importantly, more effective by staying ahead with AI innovations. You’ll be part of an international team working on EQOM-Group brands across Europe, including EasyToys, Kondomeriet, and Amorelie. This also means you might occasionally visit our offices in Berlin, Oslo, or Paris.

What will you be doing?

• Above all, enjoying your work every day;
• Analyzing the search behavior of our target audiences;
• Developing, executing, and implementing search and shopping strategies;
• Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and price comparison sites;
• Additionally, there is an opportunity to work on Display, Marketplaces Shopping campaigns, and Social Ads;
• Continuously analyzing results and responding accordingly; - Maximizing the return on your campaigns;
• A/B testing ad texts, landing pages, products, and positions in search results;
• Effectively using AI tools in campaigns and daily tasks.

You are someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and has strong analytical skills. As a team player, you know how to prioritize and always maintain an overview, often referred to as a helicopter view. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to easily network and inspire others. You have the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally, and you know how to motivate others with your vision and enthusiasm. In short:

• A minimum of 2 years experience with Google Ads is required;
• Experience managing mid-sized budgets and preparing reports is a plus;
• Experience with display advertising and international campaigns is a plus.
